Windows Mobile 6 Wings it into US

T-Mobile USA is set to launch the first handset in the US to feature Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 on Tuesday.

Developed by Taiwan’s High Tech Computer (HTC), the T-Mobile Wing has a blue soft-touch exterior, touch screen, and full slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

The device offers GSM/GPRS/EDGE and wifi connectivity and a 2 megapixel camera, as well as plenty of pre-loaded Microsoft goodies.

Windows Mobile 6 offers integration with Microsoft contacts and Outlook, Microsoft Office documents and full HTML web browsing.

Integrated Windows Live services include Windows Live Messenger, Hotmail, Live Search and compatibility with Microsoft Exchange Server.
