Håkan Dahlström, TeliaSonera’s president of mobility services, has been ousted from his role. The Nordic operator’s President and CEO Lars Nyberg said in quite a pointed statement that Dahlström’s departure was necessary for the firm to evolve its mobile business.
“In order to develop our mobile business further and deal with the increasing challenges that this industry is facing, we need to change the leadership,” he said. “Therefore Håkan Dahlström leaves his position”
Tero Kivisaari, currently President of Business Area Eurasia, has taken Dahlström’s role.
