Coms shows wifi VoIP devices

UK internet telephony provider Coms, unveiled the first in a range of wifi-enabled cordless handsets on Thursday.

The provider introduced two devices, both by UTStarcom. The F1000 SIP-based device, available for £109 and the F3000 SIP device for £149.

Coms allows subscribers to choose a number which they can use either on the home wifi network or over a public hotspot. Calls between Coms users are free.
