Qualcomm and Microsoft provide developers with Snapdragon Windows on ARM

Qualcomm announced that its Snapdragon processor will be joining Microsoft’s Windows on ARM developer seeding program in order to test and optimise apps for forthcoming Snapdragon-powered Windows on ARM PCs and tablets.
