Aexio today announced that Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (“MAVCAP”), Malaysia’s largest venture capital (VC) firm, has made an investment in Aexio in exchange for preferred stock. As part of this successful deal, Mavcap will join the Aexio Board of Directors, with ownership of approximately 23% of the company’s shares.
Aexio Software has signed a successful partnership agreement with one of Thailand’s leading telecommunication solutions provider, CPIT to deliver optimization solutions to the latter’s clients in Thailand.
Indian based Toshniwal Enterprises Controls Private Ltd (TECPL), has signed a successful partnership agreement with Aexio to deliver optimization solutions to its clients in India and abroad.
