i agree he is great. but one of the weaknes ha had was trust those who around him. those who around him are bunch of ‘selfish fellows’ and hypocrites’ just to butter him to survive. he should be very careful about these ‘vultures’ in the future.
this cost his carreeer.

In a way it’s truly unfortunate that Zain is loosing a true leader.
I’d the fortune of working under him while he was leading another organization before Zain (MTC). He is a humble man, a people’s man.

Am sure everyone will be eagerly following Dr. Barrak’s movement to see where he’ll apply his Midas touch next.

I think Zain has succeded in making the best of the old time Econet then Celtel in Nigeria and that should be sustained otherwise it would be seen as an inconsistent business since its many unceremonial transformation. Credibility is key in any business today

Dr.Saad is a great leader and has done a lot of god stuff for zain and zain’s employees. I only feel sorry for those people around Dr.Saad who are not qualified enough and may not survive without him.

He is the man who created Zain’s and Zainers’ dreams. before a few days during his visit to Sudan he promised that: (while he was addressing Zain Sudan staff) NO one could steal our dream. We believe on him, his words, his promise, his charter, his continuous dreams, and we believe also on the board’s rejection decision for this resignation (it look like a nightmare) WE ARE WAITING FOR OUR BIGEST DREAM please don’t let down Zain’s board.

Saad El Barrack is a brave man who’s dreams were beyond his potential – I am sure that Zain’s board will reject his resignation and will give him the support he needs to keep Zain flying high
