		<description>There are no operators considering using WiMAX for backhaul for mobile networks as far as I know, primarily due to the latency performance over WiMAX. Rather mobile operators are deploying WiMAX in parallel with GSM base stations to deliver high bandwidth &#039;wireless DSL&#039; services to premium customers to increase revenue and ARPU. The WiMAX base stations can then share the same backhaul network, which in Middle East and Africa is primarly provided by point to point microwave, of the kind supplied by Harris Stratex Networks</description>
