The role of the SME in mobile revenues has been underestimated for some years, with operators unable to distinguish an SME user from a consumer. Blackberry services have been particular good at self-segmentation, and a general rule of thumb is that subscribers to BES are business users. The challenge today is how best to identify and leverage the millions of users that don't use RIM, but are still SME users. It's not actually that difficult, just think like an SME owner, and the value-ads are easy to identify (obviously, it helps if you already sell services to SMEs and you can tap them for guidance)
