Hi SpinVox Insider,

Yes, there is a lot of stuff emerging and being written about SpinVox and its woes on an almost daily basis. I actually posted the above comment on the Intelligence Center Friday 24/07, took a couple of days for it to get to Telecoms.com, by which time the above two stories you referred to had been published.

Certainly these are questions I'd like to ask SpinVox as well. I requested an interview some days ago but am yet to hear back . . .

Anyway, it would be good to talk to you offline, if you want to drop me an e-mail with some contact details.

Thanks,

"Co-founder Daniel Doulton told Informa Telecoms & Media over a year ago that human agents are necessary for quality control, to “confirm” messages and as back-up in the event of a system failure. Essentially, the VMCS platform calls an agent when it comes across a word of a phrase that it doesn’t recognize"

This is completely false and misleading.

Only 2 per cent of messages are handled automatically.

If SpinVox is capable of doing what it says it can, why does has it not applied to patent any machine translation IP?

Why can't SpinVox pay its suppliers?
